Sign of the Times

Got jobs? He may not have every qualification for working with marijuana (discretion, for one, is apparently missing) but he spelled all the words on the sign right.

Kim (a professional photographer who captures some amazing images) sent me this photo right after I posted the Manicurists coming to Humboldt photo. I kept returning to it, chuckling. Finally, I asked permission to share it with you all.
I bet some of you have some great photos of Humboldt in the Fall. I’d love to post them if you want to share.

Good picture. I hope Kim gave him a little something for the photo op. It must be weird standing there, a bit desperate, maybe wondering where you will be sleeping tonight or where your next meal will be coming from, trying to reach out, and have somebody come by to aim a camera lens at you.

Ouch, good perspective! I know I asked the manicurists if I could take their picture but it isn’t always possible.

Okay, I’m not usually in Humboldt in the fall, so I’ll ask…
What’s the significance of “215″?

Heather, I think it has to do with this:

Great picture… I always feel so fortunate when I see transients. Glad I have a home, a car and firewood for the winter. If you would like to avoid paranoia, don’t read the business pages. Take it from someone who does, this is very, very bad and yet we haven’t really felt it yet.
This guy has a nice pack and hiking boots, maybe he’s just on a working vacation.

OIC. Does this mean this guy’ll be okay if he’s busted? Or that he’s an authority on harvest? Or just needs work so he can buy his meds?
