A Coi Moment
Daily Photo
A Frog Speaks to his Coi Mistress
Had we but world enough, and time,
This Coi-ness, Mistress, were no crime
We would sit down and think which way
To swim, and pass our long love’s day;
So, while thy willing soul transpires
At every pore with instant fires,
Put aside thy fishy flesh and free
That mermaid queen I know to be.
Then you and I shall blissful lie
Above the water, below the sky
You shall be my lass and I, your lad….
At least,
’til my Wife returns to our lily pad.

I also have picture of a coy koi somewhere. Must go seek them.

Yikes, I just checked it out and you are spelling koi correctly which, unfortunately, means I’m not.

Spelling, schmelling, who cares? It makes more sense your way, with the poem.

Mrs. Buster, I forgot to congratulate you on your wedding. Thanks for bringing so much delicious food to the fund raiser!
